Shipping & Delivery
GetPaintSupplies.com ships all orders via UPS and at this time, we only ship to the continental United States. Most orders are shipped within one business day of processing and all orders are shipped within five business days. Once order is processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your doorstep!
Privacy & Security
GetPaintSupplies.com takes your privacy and security very seriously. All information that you have provided us is used to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. GetPaintSupplies.com will never share, sell, trade or transfer your personal information with any third party vendor. All personal information is transferred via a dedicated secure server. Any credit or sensitive information is encrypted and transmitted using the latest SSL technology and no individual has access to your full credit card information.
Returns & Replacements
GetPaintSupplies.com stands by the quality of all products on our website and our customer’s satisfaction is of paramount concern. If for any reason the product or products that you ordered does not show up at your doorstep in useable condition, we will gladly replace the product at no charge to you. Our return policy is simple. If you are not happy with the product you ordered, simply ship it back to us and we’ll replace it with a similar product that is more to your liking or we will provide you with a 100% refund. No questions asked.

On top of the large inventory that we keep on hand in our own warehouse, we use a variety of manufacturers and distributors to insure that prices are kept as low as possible and all orders ship complete on time. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
GetPaintSupplies.com requires payment in full upon placing your order and before your order is shipped. We accept all major credit cards. Since we are a bulk warehouse, the higher the quantity you purchase, the less you pay for your products. From time to time, we will run promotions. In order to take advantage of such promotions, promo codes, gift certificates and all other discounts must be entered in to the proper fields before check out. Multiple promotions cannot be combined on a single item or transaction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept checks or provide COD delivery.
Viewing Orders
GetPaintSupplies.com strives for ease and transparency for all orders and potential orders. We provide a state of the art shopping cart that can be easily viewed at all times while on our site. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation is sent to you with an itemized review of what you purchased. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep! If you set up a User Profile (this is optional), you can view your order history and we can better tailor specials, promotions and the general page layout to your unique shopping interests and needs.
